Harjo Named Hospital’s June Employee of the Month

Amy Harjo was named June employee of the month at Northeastern Health System Sequoyah. 

She was chosen by the staff at the hospital based on her above-average initiative in her job, said Stephanie Six, hospital administrator.

Harjo, who has 26 years of experience in the dietary field, is often seen talking and sharing pleasantries with the hospital’s patients and staff, Six said. 

"The staff at Northeastern Health System Sequoyah feels lucky to have Harjo as part of the team," added Six. 

Harjo lives in Sallisaw, but spent most of her life in Adair County.
