The annual Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce fireworks show has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 11 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
The show will be reshot from start to finish so that residents will be able to watch the show in its entirety, according to coordinator Marley Abell.
The initial show was cut short on Sunday night after a faulty explosive set off a chain reaction resulting in destruction of the firework trailer.
Abell stated he is not sure yet whether the vendor and/or the ministerial alliance will return with food and games. He is still in the process of working out details.
