The Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring the 15th annual Kerr Lake Bassnanza Fishing Tournament from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.
The entry fee is $175 per boat, and the Big Bass entry fee is $25 per boat. No jet-driven boats are permitted and no seeding of fish is allowed. Tournament sign-ups begin Aug. 5.
Free tournament T-shirts will be given to those who enter by Sept. 6, but organizers will accept entry money until Friday, Sept. 27
There will be a complimentary meal for all participants at the weigh-in, which will be at the Cherokee Casino in Sallisaw, and door prizes will be given away.
