Roland police are searching for a 15-passenger, 2003 Ford Econoline van that was stolen from Woodland Hills Pentecostal Church in Roland on Wednesday.
Police said a man was seen in the church by those cleaning the church. The stranger apparently found the key to the van and drove away in it between 2 and 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
A police spokesman said that, as of Monday, the van has not been found. It is white with blue letters on the side that read Woodland Hills Pentecostal Church, he said.
A church deacon said the thief should know that “Jesus loves you. Please bring our van back.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Roland Police at 918-427-3252.
