Indian Capital Technology Center is hosting fire training at Camp Gruber in Muskogee from Feb. 21-23.
The training will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, and at 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, and Sunday, Feb. 23, at the Camp Gruber National Guard Training Center.
Available classes include Rope Rescue Technician Level A, Wildland Fundamentals, Exterior Fire Attack and Scene Size Set-up, Vehicle Extraction Part 1A, Wilderness Search and Rescue, Backfiring Operations, Water Shuttle, UTV/ATV Driver Training, Oklahoma EVDT, Wildland Toolbox, Air Operations (Camp Gruber Course -- Feb. 22 0r Feb. 23) and Fire Line Evacuation (Camp Gruber Course -- Feb. 22 or Feb. 23).
To register, log in to the OSU Fire Service Training website, https://myosufst.org/conferences/. Check the box next to all preferred choices. Click “Register Online” at the bottom of the webpage, then complete any requested information fields. Read and select “Terms and Conditions,” then hit “Register.”
