Carl Albert State College (CASC) students in Sallisaw and Poteau collected books to assist Cameron School, which was recently badly damaged in a fire, and presented the books to school representatives.

Carroll said, “We set up collection points at both Poteau and Sallisaw campuses to collect books to donate to Cameron School following the fire there. We had a good response, and we were able to provide a variety of books for Cameron students from elementary up to high school.”
