Sequoyah County Sheriff has asked for help in contacting a female who allegedly has important information regarding an ongoing investigation. Earlier this evening a female entered BJ's Convenience Store by Fin and Feather near Lake Tenkiller. The female provided some specific information to the store clerk and asked the clerk to call the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Department and share the information with authorities. The female left the store without revealing her identity.
According to Sequoyah County Sheriff Ron Lockhart the information she shared is "very important" but more details are needed. Lockhart is asking the female to please call the sheriff's department as soon as possible.
"I will make sure that this person remains anonymous," added Lockhart.
