Bill Welge, Oklahoma Historical Society archivist, will hold a video conference on the Daws Commission Rolls at the free noon luncheon and book review Wednesday at Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library in Sallisaw.
Bethia Owens, librarian, said the event is free but is limited to 25 because of limited space. The event is in partnership with the Tahlequah Public Library.
Welge is director of the American Indian Culture & Preservation Office of the Oklahoma Historical Society. The American Indian Culture & Preservation Office was created by the society as a means of outreach to the 39 federally-recognized American Indian tribes.
