Celebrate Thanksgiving a little bit early with a Take-Out Dinner at the Bank on Monday, Nov. 16, from 4-7 p.m. at the Citizens State Bank Building in Marble City.
Hosted by the Marble City Historical Society, the $10 meal will include “homemade vittles” including your choice of baked chicken or baked ham, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, hot rolls and either pumpkin or apple pie and a drink. Orders called in by 10 a.m. will receive a free drink.
Meals will be picked up at the bank, which is at Seminole and Main, and orders may be made by calling Judy Bolin at (918) 315-9337 or Mildred Taylor at (918) 571-8025.
Bolin urged everyone to come out, saying, “Mildred is a wonderful cook.”
