The Board of Commissioners for Sequoyah County unanimously voted to appoint Chairman Ray Watts to the eight-county Circuit Engineering District Board effective Dec. 1. The board includes Sequoyah, Muskogee, Adair, Cherokee, Wagoner, Okmulgee, Haskell, McIntosh counties.
In other business, Midwest Printing of Sapulpa was the winning bidder for Sequoyah County’s purchase of election board ballot printing at the county commissioners’ weekly meeting Monday.
The commissioners also approved the transfer of funds from the assessor’s maintenance and operations account to the assessor’s capital outlay account.
