A 23-year-old man was arrested by Sallisaw police and faces 10 counts of second-degree burglary, knowingly concealing stolen property and credit card fraud.
Thomas Willhite was arrested Sept. 22 for a string of vehicle burglaries, Police Chief Terry Franklin reported. Franklin said Sallisaw police took multiple reports of burglarized vehicles between Sept. 19 and 20.
Franklin said, “During the course of the investigation officers were able to review security camera video and identify the suspect. Officers were then able to track down Thomas Willhite at a local motel. Willhite was still in possession of some of the stolen items.”
Willhite was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail.
