State Senator Mark Allen (R-Spiro) will moderate a forum explaining the state questions on the Nov. 8 general election ballot at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Cherokee Community Building in Muldrow.
The questions are SQ 776 on the death penalty; SQ 777 on agriculture; SQ 779 on an education funding tax; SQ 780 on law enforcement; SQ 781 on criminal rehabilitation; SQ 790 on religion and the state; and SQ 792 on alcohol.
The meeting is open to everyone, and Sequoyah County Republicans will provide refreshments.
