Town of Webbers Falls
Officials with the Town of Webbers Falls announced at approximately 9:45 Tuesday night that the Muskogee County Emergency Management has requested a complete evacuation of the town due to expected flooding of the Arkansas River.
Officials met with the Muskogee County Emergency Management and learned that flooding from recent rains and storms will be worse than initially expected.
Town officials are working to compile a list of shelter locations and will be posting them on their Facebook page as soon as possible. The old Gore gym will be open for people who need a place to stay. The old gym at Bacone College is open and ready also.

Please use caution and do not drive into flooded areas.
