The search for Matthew Scott Fagan, the missing Webbers Falls man, will continue tomorrow with multiple law enforcement agencies assisting in the investigation.
The Sequoyah County Sheriff's Dept., the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Sallisaw Police Dept. will be searching Friday near the Buzzard Roost Nature Trail and on Lake Tenkiller near the Cato Creek boat ramp.
According to Sequoyah County Sheriff Ron Lockhart additional interviews have been conducted in the last 24 hours that have revealed new information in the case. "We feel confident that at least two more arrests are in the near future and we appreciate any assistance from all agencies," stated Lockhart.
Lockhart added that investigators have worked hard during the last two weeks trying to piece together the events that occurred around this disappearance. "I feel we are getting close to figuring out what happened to Matthew Fagan," concluded Lockhart.
Fagan was last seen on June 21st while reportedly hiking with three other individuals.
