The Stanley W. Tubbs Memorial Library is celebrating and promoting library card sign-ups throughout the month of September.
Folks wanting to get a library card can come by the library to sign up and to pick up a free mask kit. A video will demonstrate the proper way to make a Wonder Woman mask.
