Boys and Girls Club Begins Enrollment for After-School Program

The Boys and Girls Club of Sequoyah County has opened enrollment for its after-school program.

Enrollment packets may be picked up at the Clubs’ main office, 208 S. Main St. The agency will also have representatives at the Liberty Open House on Friday.

Laura Kuykendall, chief executive officer for the Sequoyah County Club, said parents have been calling to see if and when the after-school program will open, and she said “It will be business as usual, but with more stringent cleaning procedures in place.”

The Boys and Girls Clubs serve more than 400 children each day, Kuykendall said.

If your child has never been to the Boys and Girls Clubs before, the staff will need contact information before your child can come.
