Workers were on site of the crash at the Travel Plaza
early Wednesday morning to repair the damage.
A man believed to have suffered a heart attack died Tuesday, Oct. 15, when his vehicle struck the northeast corner of the Travel Plaza near the Cherokee Casino in Roland.
Roland Police Chief Tommy Sessums said his department responded to the incident and gave the unidentified man CPR until the Cherokee marshals service arrived to investigate.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Workers were at the location early Wednesday to begin repairing the damage to the store.
The man's identity has not been released at this time.
