Organizers of Vian’s Farmers Market are excited about their first monthly event this Saturday, March 6.
Kialey Wainwright said she has rounded up 21 vendors, who will bring food items, of course, as well as plants, woodworking projects, handmade knives, clothing and more. “Everybody is doing a little bit of everything,” she said Tuesday.
The Farmers Market will be from 7 a.m. to noon and will be held on the first Saturday of the month.
Wainwright said it’s important for vendors to get in touch with her at (918) 360-4385 to get their waiver signed before March 6 and they need to arrive at Anna Bell Farmer Park in downtown Vian a little before 7 a.m. on the day of the Farmers Market to get set up.
