The Board of Sequoyah County Commissioners unanimously approved the purchase of a pair of road sanders from Southwest Trailer & Equipment for District 3 at their weekly meeting Monday.
District 3 Commissioner Jim Rogers said the two 9-cubic-foot road sanders, which fit in the back of dump trucks, will replace the two he inherited 10 years ago when he took office.
In other District 3 business, the commissioners approved the transfer of funds from the district’s maintenance and operations account to its District 3 - T8 account.
