Sallisaw police are seeking a 37-year-old male who failed to comply with sex offender registration, court records show.
Taylor Dion England faces up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $5,000 or both on the felony charge.
In an affidavit filed March 4 in Sequoyah County District Court, a Sequoyah County sheriff’s investigator said she had attempted to make contact with England at his mother’s residence, which was his last known location. The woman told the investigation England had not stayed at her home in three weeks and had been staying at a residence in Stilwell.
England’s mother said she didn’t know where England was staying in Stilwell, but said his girlfriend’s first name was Rebecca.
