Gift bags for the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Department were packaged and delivered this week by members of the Oakridge Assembly of God in Sallisaw.
Sheriff Ron Lockhart said, “It was very nice of the church to do that and we appreciate their support of law enforcement.”
The church members hoped to show their support of and appreciation for law enforcement in the light of recent events and attacks upon law enforcement officers.
