The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) has released updated numbers related to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
As of Friday, March 20 the OSDH reported there are 49 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Oklahoma. There have been 538 individuals tested negative and there are 374 tests pending. There has only been one death in the state of Oklahoma and only eight hospitalized. There have been NO positive tests in Sequoyah County as of Friday.
Officials noted that the state COVID-19 hotline received over 1,000 calls on Tuesday of this week, just under 1,800 calls on Wednesday and the number was slightly lower on Thursday.
