On Oct. 24, Sallisaw police ran an investigation at 1705 W. Eppler St. in Sallisaw, and arrested a woman who now faces drug charges in Sequoyah County District Court.
Patricia Lynn Fuller, 47, was charged in district court on Oct. 31 with unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the police report filed with the charges, police served a narcotics search warrant at the Eppler Street residence at 7 a.m. on Oct. 24. After several attempts to get someone to answer the door, police had to force entry and took Fuller into custody. According to the report she refused to give a statement and asked for an attorney.
The report says officers confiscated several green, leafy substances and several crystalline substances that proved to be methamphetamine. Officers also confiscated smoking devices, scales, and other paraphernalia.
Fuller was released on a $10,000 bond on Oct. 31.
