Coweta Police report they arrested a 39-year-old man on July 2 who is wanted on an arrest warrant out of Sequoyah County.
Darrell Gene Tedder was charged in Sequoyah County District Court in Sallisaw on Sept. 19 with unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to court records, Tedder was released on a $10,000 bond on Sept. 15, but failed to appear for a disposition hearing on Nov. 1, and a warrant for his arrest was issued Nov. 2.
