Fall festivals reign in Sequoyah County, and the grand dame must be the 48th annual Fin & Feather Fall Festival on Sept. 22, 23 and 24 at the Fin & Feather Resort on Lake Tenkiller.
Fin & Feather Resort’s annual Fall Festival is described as one of the most popular arts and crafts shows in the state. Last year, thousands of visitors flocked to see more than 175 exhibitors displaying and selling their unique handiwork during the three-day event. The show not only includes arts and crafts of all kinds, but also goodies to eat that astound the senses.
The show hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Since its inception, the festival has grown in size and attendance every year.
The 2017 event looks to be no exception since many of last year's exhibitors have reserved their booth space for 48th annual show. Admission is free.
Exhibitors who would like to reserve space can download more information and an application on the resort’s website at finandfeather.sodasteve.com. Or, for more information call the resort at 918-487-5148.
The resort is located at 445889 Highway 10A, Gore.
