TTA Construction Honored by Cherokee Nation

TTA Construction of Gore was recently named the Construction Company of the Year by the Cherokee Nation.

The construction company was one of hundreds of Native-owned businesses honored by the tribe at the ninth annual TERO Awards Banquet in Tulsa.

The Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) has more than 80 Indian-owned companies that are TERO-certified vendors able to do business with the tribe and better compete for government contract jobs.

In 2016 TERO vendors earned more than $21 million in contracts just through the Cherokee Nation. At the banquet, the Cherokee Nation honored eight standout TERO businesses with awards, including TTA Construction.
