Chamber Shares Christmas Saturday

The Old Sallisaw High School Association won second in their category with a float
featuring the old high school in Saturday’s Christmas parade.

The Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce shared the Christmas spirit Saturday, when the chamber sponsored the annual Sallisaw Christmas Parade during the evening and gave away Shop Sallisaw money prizes at noon.

Ten persons got extra Christmas money when the chamber gave away the Shop Sallisaw prizes at noon at Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library in downtown Sallisaw. And the top three winners were:

-$1,500 went to Faye Tehee of Sallisaw;
