Truck Used in ATM Theft Found

The Sequoyah County Sheriff's Dept. has confirmed that the truck used in the early Friday morning theft of an ATM machine from Pier Seven Convenience store has been located. The truck was found abandoned just across the bridge in Leflore County.

It appears the suspects broke into the ATM machine, abandoned the truck and dumped the ATM machine nearby.

According to law enforcement officials the truck was stolen some time during the night on Thursday from a residence just west of the Highway 59 and Highway 9 junction.

After further reviewing of the surveillance video obtained from cameras at Pier Seven, it is believed that the suspects are two black males. Anyone with information on the identity of these suspects is asked to called the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Dept. at 918-775-9156.
