Need to clean out a closet or make room for new furniture?
New Beginnings Church may come to your rescue. Church members are planning a live auction and free fish fry beginning at noon on Sept. 24 and continuing until all items are sold.
And they will pick up items to be donated for the auction.
“We’ll take anything,” said Mary Duvall.

Mary Duvall said all proceeds from the auction are used to provide food baskets and gifts for families in need during the Christmas season.
The auction and fish fry will be held at the church, six miles north of Sallisaw on U.S. Highway 59. Duvall said those planning to attend should bring their own lawn chairs.
