Plans for the upcoming 77th Annual Lions Club IPRA Rodeo in Sallisaw are underway and organizers are excited about this year’s event.
The rodeo will be held from Aug. 6-8 at the Sallisaw Rodeo Arena.
The city is also gearing up for the annual Independence Day fireworks show, which will be held Sunday, July 5, this year, Chamber Executive Director Marty Green said Wednesday. Green said the event will be held at its usual location.
