Political Forum Tonight at 6:00 p.m.

Be sure to tune in to The Mix 105.1 tonight starting at 6:00 p.m. when we broadcast live the public political forum sponsored by the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce. The forum will be held  at the seminar room at Indian Capital Technology Center in Sallisaw and the public is invited to attend. Candidates expected to attend are Mark Allen, Republican incumbent, and Ann Weaver, Democrat, both of whom seek the state senate post for Sequoyah and LeFlore Counties; Donna Cherry Graham, Democrat incumbent, Sequoyah County Assessor (Republican candidate for the same post, Randy Byrd, stated he is unable to attend due to work obligations); Matt Orendorff and Kyle Waters, both attorneys who seek the associate district judge post to be vacated by the retirement of Judge Dennis Sprouse; Cathy Cummings, Democrat candidate for lieutenant governor; and Matt Silverstein, Democrat, and Joan Farr, independent, who seek the U.S. Senate post.
