Deceased Identified

Sallisaw Police Chief Terry Franklin has confirmed the identities of two persons found dead in a Sallisaw residence late Sunday evening. They are Vince Rayner, 47, a white male, and Katie Waggle-Goodman, 34, a white female. Franklin said the families of the deceased have been notified. The cause of death has not yet been determined or reported to the police by the state medical examiner, Franklin said, adding that could take a little longer. The two were found at about 7:05 p.m. Sunday when police were asked to do a welfare check. It was reported the two had not been seen for several days and there was concern for their welfare.
