A 23-year-old Fort Smith man was listed in critical condition after a crash at 6:50 a.m. Saturday about one mile west of Bokoshe.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) reported Fredi Diaz Reyes was transported by Tulsa Life Flight to St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa where he was listed in critical condition with multiple injuries.
The OHP reported Reyes was driving a 2001 Dodge truck west on State Highway 31 when he ran off the road and struck a tree. The report said the seat belt was in use and airbags did deploy.
