The weekend's winter weather resulted in at least one serious injury accident in Sequoyah County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP). The OHP reported Amye Greene, 31, of Fort Smith was admitted to Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, where she was listed in critical condition with a head injury, following a crash Friday on Interstate 40. The crash occurred three miles west of Muldrow, and Greene had to be freed from her 2008 Chevrolet by Muldrow Fire and Rescue. The OHP reported Greene's vehicle was in the center median as a result of a previous wreck when Jennifer Kuntz, 38, of Tulsa, who was driving a 2007 Chevrolet SUV, lost control and struck Greene's vehicle in the driver's side door. Kuntz was reported uninjured in the crash, the OHP reported.
