A boating collision on Greenleaf Lake at Greenleaf State Park in Muskogee County sent one person to the hospital at about 11:45 a.m. Monday. Josh Blocker, 27, of Woodward was listed in stable condition with head and leg injuries at Easter Hospital in Muskogee. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) reported Josh Blocker was a passenger on a 2013 bass boat operated by Shane Blocker, 30, of Oklahoma City when Shane Blocker was trying to get the boat to the shore during heavy rain. The OHP reported poor visibility caused the vessel to collide with a large fishing dock. The vessel ran through the dock railing for about 20 feet before coming to rest on the dock. Josh Blocker was ejected into the water upon impact. Shane Blocker and four other passengers on the boat were reported to not be injured or to have refused treatment at the scene.
