A Gore man, charged with second degree murder, was released on a $50,000 bond Friday. John Neuman, 52, is accused of beating his wife, Tanya, to death on May 9 in the couple's rural Gore home. Nueman was being held without bond in the Sequoyah County Detention Center in Sallisaw since his arrest. He pleaded not guilty to the charge on June 3. His case has been set for disposition on July 15 before Associate District Judge Kyle Waters.
