An unidentified Bunch man was hospitalized Tuesday following a three-vehicle crash at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday on State Highway 100 and Bunch Road in Adair County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) reported the man was Lifeflighted by Eagle Med to Fayetteville (Ark.) Regional Medical Center where he was admitted in stable condition with leg and truck injuries. The OHP reported the man was driving a 1995 Nissan Maxima west in the turn lane on State Highway 100 when he failed to yield for a 2010 Nissan Altima driven by David Duke, 31, of Muskogee. Duke was traveling east. Both the Bunch man's car and Duke's car then struck a 2006 Bluebird school bus driven by Quinton, Neale, 45, of Westville. The school bus was stopped at a stop sign on Bunch Road, and the OHP reported no passengers were on the bus. Duke was transported to Stilwell City Hospital where he was treated and released for a head injury. Neale was transported to Stilwell Hospital where he was treated for an arm injury and released. The OHP did not say why the Bunch man's name was not released.
