Muldrow Man Dies from Injuries

A Muldrow man involved in a motorcycle crash on Dec. 1 has died.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) reported on Sunday that James Petrovivich, 59, of Muldrow died at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville.

The OHP reported earlier that Petrovivich was driving a 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle on County Road E1080, about two miles west of State Highway 64D, three miles east and three miles north of Roland, when he laid the motorcycle over on its side. The bike came to rest in a ditch on the south side of the road. Petrovivich was thrown from the bike and found lying in the middle of the road.

He was transported by Pafford EMS to Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith then air lifted to Washington Regional Medical Hospital where he was admitted in critical but stable condition with leg, arm, head, and internal and external injuries.

The crash occurred at about 8:46 p.m. on Dec. 1.
