Vian's Lacy Horn Honored

Lacy Horn of Vian, with trophy, was honored last month by the Native American Finance Officers Association. Horn, the Cherokee Nation treasurer, was named Executive of the Year by the association. As the Cherokee treasurer Horn oversees the tribe's $696.3 million budget. With her are the association's President Bill Lomax; the association's First Vice President VaRene Martin; and, on the right, Courtney Ruark Thompson, Cherokee Nation Government Relations executive director.
