Three car Pileup Sends Two to Hospital

A three-car wreck east of Sallisaw on U.S. Highway 64, near the road to the city landfill, sent one man and one woman to the hospital at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The two did not appear to have life-threatening injuries, it was reported. The pileup was believed to have occurred when one vehicle was turning, and another vehicle hit the first vehicle, then involving a third vehicle.
