The Sallisaw Youth League will be signing up youngsters for the softball program at 7 p.m. on Feb. 7 and Feb. 21 in the Stites Room at Carl Albert State College in Sallisaw.
The cost is $40 per child. The season begins in April and continues through June.
The program offers divisions for all ages, including 6 and under (T-ball), 8 and under (coach pitch), 10 and under, 12 and under and 14 and under. The program is girls’ fast pitch and tournaments are planned for the weekends for various age divisions.
Paul Marshall, program organizer, said registration fees may be paid by check or credit card.

To add a little excitement to this year’s season, Marshall said the Sallisaw Youth League will be hosting a CASC softball double-header against Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) Enid at 2 p.m. on April 20 at the Sallisaw Sports Complex.
