Congratulations to Sheriff Ron Lockhart for being elected as second vice president to the Oklahoma Sheriff's Association at the OSA Banquet August 15 in Oklahoma City. Sheriff Lockhart served as the Southeast board member last year prior to being elected to second vice president. Lockhart was also the OSA 2013 Sheriff of the Year.
