At approximately 5:00 p.m. Angela Landon Gray, 39, of Muldrow was taken into custody by the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Department for her alleged involvement in the ATV accident that occurred September 1, 2013 leaving Christian Mayberry with a traumatic brain injury. Gray has been charged with the following charges: Count 1: Failure to stop-Accident resulting in non-fatal injury, Felony, Count 2: Contributing to the delinquency of minors, Count 3: Providing alcohol to a person under 21, misdemeanor. She was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
