Muldrow Stabbing Suspect Sought

Officers with the Muldrow Police Department were dispatched earlier today to the Cottage Apartments to respond to a reported stabbing. Joseph Morton told police that two men had broken into his apartment and stabbed him three times. Morton was transported to Sparks Regional Medical Center and admitted to the ICU unit.

One of the men allegedly involved in the stabbing, Tyler Chapman, has been arrested by Muldrow authorities and is currently being held in the Sequoyah County Jail. Chapman was arrested at his home. According to authorities Chapman informed police that Reeves Gentry (pictured above) was the other person involved in the incident and was the one who stabbed Morton. 

According to authorities, Gentry is a convicted felon and should be considered dangerous. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Gentry please call the Muldrow Police Department at 918-427-4431.
