A man walking on a rural road in Sequoyah County was struck by a vehicle Monday, an accident report shows.
Aaron Lee Vincent, 28, of Roland was walking northbound near the west edge of County Road 4760, about one mile west of Roland, when a 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by Jarett Cannon, 19, of Roland topped a hill and hit him with the pickup’s passenger-side mirror.
Vincent was transported by Pafford EMS to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Ark., where he was admitted in stable condition with head injuries. Cannon was uninjured in the accident.
