Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library October Events

Oct. 4 - Friends of Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library will hold a library fundraiser at Mazzio’s Pizza in Sallisaw. Come out to eat with the friends, and tell Mazzio’s you are with the library. Mazzio’s will donate 15 percent of the total tab back to the library.

Oct. 10 - October is a month of mystery at the Stanley Tubbs Wednesday Noon Book Luncheons. On Oct. 10 the Book Luncheon will feature a review of the Oklahoma non-fiction book “Killing Albert Berch” written by Alan Berch Hollingsworth. Decades of family research and history provide a picture of the dark days on the 1920's in Marlow. Come for lunch and hear a new True Crime story.

Oct. 15 at 5:45 p.m. – Health in the Home class will focus on natural ways to create a healthy body and home. Topics will be about herbs and spices, essential oils, kumbucha, and fermentation.

Activities at the library are free. For more information call the library at 918-775-4481.
