Authorities believe the death of a Box-area man is most likely due to natural causes.
The Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Department was called to an area near the Box Cemetery early Tuesday afternoon when the man’s body was found unattended.
A spokesman said a medical examiner was called to examine the body, but an early investigation indicates the man, reported to be in his 50s, died of natural causes.
