Muldrow Travel Softball Coach Arrested for Pornography

Ryan Offineer

on Wednesday morning on child pornography charges.

A 41-year-old Muldrow man, who is reported to coach girls traveling softball teams, was arrested Wednesday morning at his Muldrow home and booked into the Sequoyah County Jail on pornography charges.

Ryan Offineer was arrested by two deputies with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office who are also assigned to Homeland Security. They were assisted by the Tulsa County Task Force, Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office, the Muldrow Police Department and the District 27 Drug Task Force.

The arrest, it was reported, was the result of a months-long investigation into child pornography online purchases from a website that sells child pornography.

Deputies reported they found child pornography involving young teenage girls at Offineer’s home.

The charges against Offineer will most likely be filed in Federal Court in Muskogee, said Muldrow Police Chief George Lawson. Offineer was arrested for possession and procurement of child pornography, and further charges may be possible, deputies said, as the investigation continues.

It is suspected that Offineer may have preyed on the girls he coached, and potential victims are asked to call (918) 596-5601.
