The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) had released the name of a motorcycle rider killed in a crash Monday. Jason Neeley was declared dead at the scene of the wreck that occurred at about 6:49 p.m. Monday. According to the OHP report, Neeley was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle west on Interstate 40 when, for an unknown reason, he crashed into the back of a semi-tractor trailer.
