A 30 year-old Sallisaw man, accused of eluding law enforcement authorities on three occasions and other allegations, is being held in the Sebastian County jail in Fort Smith.
A jail spokesman said the suspect was arrested Tuesday and booked into the jail at 2:23 p.m. He is being held without bond on a warrant from Sequoyah County authorities. A report accusing the sus- pect of eluding was submitted Wednesday to the Sequoyah County District Attorney's office in Salli- saw by the county sheriff's office.
The suspect is also suspected of domestic violence, theft of a motor vehicle and kidnapping.
